A few hundred dollars of Uber rides were paid for using my wife's stolen bank information, and it appears that Uber offers no recourse for people who don't have the app. Or even for people with the app, for that matter, because I signed up and there is no way to inquire about this kind of thing through the app.
This isn't even a matter of customer service, it's about fraud, and Uber, by its very nature, isn't cooperating. What can we do?
If this is how Uber operates, they don't deserve our business.
