I'm a Hospice Social Worker Wanting to use VR with my Terminally Ill Patients. But I have questions!

I'm a hospice social worker in the rural Midwest that was recently approached by my director about an idea for the use of VR with our patients. She asked me to look up some information for ideas and costs. I'm going to spend the weekend putting together a presentation that shows the different devices/specs/costs and other information. But I'm basically googling everything, I'm hoping for your guy's help so I can get the best device to allow my patient's to experience something they wouldn't normally be able to in their current health condition.I looked at the FAQ/Choosing page, and got some good info on the current popular devices. I know the higher end devices are the Index/Oculus, as well as the lower end is the WMR and the ultra-poverty "slap your smartphone on this headset" device I see at phone stores. I can work with that list, but I have a few questions. Our initial idea is for patient's to use the VR device to experience things rather than play games. I'm imagining attending concerts/sporting events/natural wonders and the like. Does that mean I have to hold true to the recommended system specs if I'm not gaming on it and only using it for videos? The system needs to be mobile and durable as well as not require internet access to be used. I see the Oculus Quest is the touted mobile set, but do I have other options? Can I load videos onto the Quest or is it strictly VR Gaming? Is there a go-to place to getting VR videos? Is there anything I'm not thinking about that I should be aware of? Any info is appreciated!
