Google really needs to fix these 1 Star reviews that are being posted without a comment or purpose on a business profile by people who the majority of the time I feel never even experienced the business product or service first hand.Ive seen on several occasions profiles that are scattered with 1 star reviews without any reasoning or comment to go alongside it, just an attack on the business because either its a competitor or it was in the local news or maybe most of the time its because of misunderstandings from an article or community post online about the name of the company (Which I've seen happen on reddit here, where users on reddit actually started then 5staring the company profile because of the error )I take google reviews as indicators as much as I would the ratings of a hotel and restaurant on trip-advisor and I'm sure we have all seen the 1star no comment review that just drags the overall rating of a business down. Most of the time I notice that these are the only 1 star reviews for the business.
