Cannot make a decision to buy my first vr headset

So few days ago I played few games with hmd odyssey+ vr headset, and I really liked it, even though controllers had some problems when they were behind my back (Like grabbing weapons from back). Now I want to get my vr headset, I have a budget around 500$. After doing some research Oculus Rift S seems pretty good, but still not sure should I get oculus. What vr headset you guys will recommend and why.
