Uber driver shows up in different car

This morning in Laredo my Uber driver showed up in a different car. He said it was a rental and that I should get in. I refused and told him there was no insurance. Instead of cancelling he waited long enough to get a cancellation fee. So I called Uber and reported him they refunded me. Never get in the wrong car there is no insurance.
