Help wanted! What VR Headset to buy.

Hey there guys, I've been looking around and saved up enough money to buy my first VR headset. After watching a few videos I have become conflicted on whether to buy a headset, which one to buy if i were to buy one or just wait for the new ones before I make my choice. I wish to use it seated most of the time for simulators, with light vr game usage.
