Google Home and Movies Purchased on Play Store

So I live in Canada and recently purchased Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse on the Play Store. I don’t know if I’m not doing it right or if it has something to do with living in Canada, but I can’t cast any movies I own from my Google Home.

Is anyone else in Canada having this issue??!!
